Prior to his arrival at Iron Data, Mr. Rau served in various Executive positions at RedPrairie beginning in July of 2002. In the most recent role at RedPrairie, he served as EVP of Product and Corporate Marketing, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Additional responsibilities included Channel and Alliances, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions portfolio.
Prior to RedPrairie, Mr. Rau was employed at i2 Technologies from May 1998 to July 2002. He served as Global VP of Field Operations, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of i2 Technologies.
In previous positions at i2, Mr. Rau was VP of Sales Operations for the Transportation Team, responsible for all Presales, Channels and Sales Operations. Additionally, he led the M&A Integration Team efforts for i2 through the InterTrans, SMART Technologies, Supplybase, Aspect Development, Trade Services and Rightworks acquisitions. In his various roles at i2, he served as part of both the i2 Executive Team as well as the Office of the CEO.
Mr. Rau has an MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
D. Jill Evans
Vice President and Controller
Ms. Evans is a licensed CPA and joined Iron Data in 2000. She has over a decade of experience in financial and operational accounting. She began her career with the Arthur Andersen accounting firm, where she worked for over five years. Subsequent to that she was the Corporate Controller for Catherine Stores Corporation and was the Director of Budgeting and Analysis for Terminix, a division of ServiceMaster.
Mr. Shepherd is responsible for leading Iron Data’s Software Engineering team and provides management support for applications and technology infrastructure. Mr. Shepherd has twenty years of industry experience with companies such as Great Western Financial, TMP Worldwide (Monster.com), and Wang's International with expertise in the areas of software development methodologies, web services, product design, and data center operations. At the University of Missouri, Mr. Shepherd studied Computer Programming and Design and earned an MBA from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mr. Parker is responsible for all operational functions, overseeing Managed Services, Auditing, Data Entry and Implementation. He founded CMR Group in 1996 and he managed its growth as the company became the premier 3rd party logistics firm in the parcel shipping industry. In 2005, CMR Group joined the Iron Data family.
Prior to Iron Data, Mr. Parker served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Interior Products, a furniture component manufacturing firm, and Parker-Helms Supply, a multi-state wholesale distributor of pipe, valves and pipe fittings. His work experience began as a manager with Bank South, now Bank of America.
Mr. Parker graduated Cum Laude with a BBA degree in Banking and Finance from The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He resides on St. Simons Island, Georgia.
Mr. Sedleniek is responsible for the direct and indirect revenue growth of Iron Data. Mr. Sedleniek came to Iron Data with over 15 years of enterprise sales, sales management and business development experience with leading solutions companies such as Oracle, Genuity and Exodus. He and his team are responsible for coordination and development of cost effective solutions that address each client’s unique requirements.
Mr. Dunavant is responsible for the growth and management of Iron Data’s National Accounts. He brings to Iron Data more than twenty years of marketing and business development experience with companies such as Deluxe Corporation, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Securities. Mr. Dunavant was part of the original core group of Iron Data employees.
Mr. Bloemendaal is responsible for the growth and execution of the Iron Data portfolio in EMEA.
Prior to joining Iron Data he was responsible for the development and the delivery of many supply chain solutions for mainly blue chip companies during his stay with Frans Maas (now DSV), PriceWaterhouseCoopers and DHL Exel Supply Chain. He holds more than 15 years experience in contract logistics working for the service provider as well as for 3PL customers. Through that he brings to Iron Data an extensive knowledge on Supply Chain execution, systems and outsourced services.
Mr. Bloemendaal graduated as a Mechanical Engineer at the Delft University of Technology.
Since joining the company in October 2003, Ms. Morris is directly responsible for managing the organizational efficiencies and maintaining strong working relationships with Iron Data’s transportation client base. Pam has nearly twenty five years of experience in management, finance, direct sales and customer service with Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Pam has worked with successful small businesses with the community in which she has resided for the past 20 years. She currently guides a strong team of seasoned managers responsible for providing data analysis, solutions management and business process efficiencies to a diverse set of clients.
As VP of Value Delivery, Mr. Beda is responsible for ensuring our clients are taking full advantage of the technology and services offered by Iron Data. Mr. Beda began understanding value delivery at Thomas & Betts Corporation where he managed several projects that offered a significant competitive advantage for the company. Some of the key projects included the development of a Vendor Managed Inventory application that managed distributor inventory levels using EDI, automated receiving and claims management, electronic pricing and pricing synchronization to eliminate manual price book entry, virtual warehousing, and other e-commerce initiatives like on-line order status and electronic product synchronization via EDI to further provide value added service to the distribution supply chain. While at Iron Data, Mr. Beda has continued to focus on value delivery by applying both technology and spend management strategy to various industry specific challenges He received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska and his MBA at the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Starnes joined the company in 2002. He is responsible for the growth and management of existing corporate clients. He has over 15 years transportation and business development experience with companies such as i2 Technologies, MS Logistics and Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan.
Mr. Xie is responsible for global management of the Information Technology Development and Applications Support Teams. Mr. Xie’s responsibilities include providing guidance on the latest technologies, software development methodologies, project management, and network infrastructure. Mr. Xie has over 15 years of industry experience in both North America and Asia. His past experiences include a Chinese based position as a designer of Food & Beverage assembly lines followed by his responsibilities for managing the design, development and sales support in the area of Smart Building Control systems.
Mr. Xie graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China with a BA degree in Information Technology. He also earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Toledo in Ohio, USA.
